I am apprized of the declaration of War declared by the Most Excellent diputation to the Tahuayas Nation, caused by their bad conduct and hostile dispositions. I have given notice to the inhabitants to be very cautious, in order to avoid misfortunes on the part of that tribe, or any other that may attempt an aggression
