Fullerton with some Mexican papers and the account of the celebration of the adoption of the State Constitution have been duly recd for which you will please accept my thanks—The Celebration I will publish next week—The Constitution I had previously recd of Mr. J Durst who is having it published in a pamphlet form—I have given Mr. Cable several papers to forward you by Mr. Callaghan If at any time you should see fit to forward any news of your country it will be recd and published with pleasure
