You have offered to furnish me with some articles to commence business on Red River. All I want is as follows four yoke of oxen, or two yoke of oxen and four Horses Ten Cows and one or two Bulls When you get to Red River you can decide whether you will enter into the Cotton business or not and if you do you can make such arrangements as you think best—and if you do not—you will oblige me be giveing Ballard all the aid in your power
