This Shall authorise and empower Pierre Alexander Laforge attorney in fact for the heirs of Pierre Antoine Laforge Decease—- Or his Executors or Administrators to ask, demand sue for and receive one thousand five hundred and twenty dollars which is due from Stephen F. Austin on a note bearing date the 30th January 1819 and payable on the first day of February 1821 which said note I have this day given into the hands of said Laforge for his own proper use and benefit—
