Received November 17, 1823 of Francis Bigham Twelve hundred and Ninety one Dollars and Eighty cents for which I hereby obligate myself to make him Said Bigham complete titles for land in my new Colony in the Province of Texas at the rate of twelve Dollars and fifty cents pr hundred acres, which land must be actually inhabited and cultivated within two years from this date
