in obedience to your official order to me Directed on February
[2] last to Issue a Notice to Peter WhitakerWilliam Fitzgibbons
and William Whitaker Unless they Removed with their family and
Effects out of the limits of this Colony within Three months from
the date of said notice they would be liable [to fines?] and Penaltys
noticed in said official Order a notice accordingly Issued from my
office which has been Complied with in all its part within time given
May the 25th 1824
