Russel H McWaters and his brother in law Mr Samuel Fulton- two intimate friends of mine have determined to visit your ctry. Their views like those of many others are not very definite—Tho well situated here I presume they would locate themselves with you should the prospect be as flattering as they anticipate. These young men are not only respectable themselves, but are members of a numerous, wealthy and respectable connexion.

Should they become your neighbours I feel assured, that you will not regret any favor that you may think proper to extend to them.
