Dear Sir I want you if you please to take the deposition of Mr John Irons respecting A certain horse which he traded to Lacoast for a cart while he was in this section of Country as the horse has been claimed by Sepulver which has caused a great deal of Cavling and Law suites as I want Mr Irons to state when he got the horse and whare and of Who so that I may defend the rights of Mr Irons properly in his absence and if he dose not give satisfactory statement so that the thing can be done a way he will have the horse to pay for I am yours respectfully
