Stephen F. Austin to Colonists, 03-16-1828

Summary: Notice that the land commissioner has arrived to finish extending titles in the first colony and to begin in the second.

The Commissioner has arrived to conclude the business of the first Colony of the Empresario Stephen F Austin, and to Commence that of the second, All those persons who have not received their titles will present themselves, immediatly as the Commissioner is obliged to return in the begining of June.
