Know all men by these presents that I George Huff do bargin and
sell to John Austin a cotton Gin stand with every thing belonging
to it now at the House of Said (Austin) on Buffaloe Byou, which
(Gin,) I warrant to be of a good quality and without fault—for
the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars, all of which I have
received Head of Buffalo Byou
