Summary: Protest against allowing Mexicans to gather corn


We the undersigned—assembled at this place with the hope of compelling Gen. Coss to surrender—and expecting to accomplish that result by starving him out—most Solemnly Protest against any Mexican under any pretence save those belonging to our army being permitted to gather corn—Beef or any provisions of any Sort—
