Summary: Order to elect a major
The Captains of the companies East of the Trinity are ordered to hold an Election immediately for Major for the batalion said companies will form. They will at the same time hold an election for lieut Col. of the Regiment and make returns at Head Quarters at Eleven 0. clock.
